This is just a small sample of the Appraisal services we can provide. Please contact us for further assistance. These fees are for Fayette County Kentucky. Additional travel fee is charged (approx. $50) per outlying county assignment. Fee does not include over-night shipping charge or multiple copies. All reports electronically transmitted in PDF format or via the Xsite for free. Large files not able to be transmitted due to email account restrictions can be posted to this website for your convenient downloading.
